Clinical Observation on Curative Effect of Qingfei Yin(清肺饮)in Treatment of Paediatric Adenovirus Pneumonia and Effects on Lung Function and IL-17a and IL-6
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qingfei Yin in treatment of paediatric adenovirus pneumonia(AP)and effects on lung function and interleukin-17a(IL-17a)and interleukin-6(IL-6).Methods:A random number table method was used to divide 60 AP children with wind-heat attacking lung syn-drome admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to May 2022 into the control group(30 cases)and the observation group(30 cases),the control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given Qingfei Yin on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated for 15 days.The time of disappearance of symptoms and signs were recorded,the changes in traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores were recorded,lung function and IL-17a and IL-6 levels wer determined before and after treatment,the adverse effects were recorded.Results:To compared with the control group,the total effective rate on observation group was higher(P＜0.05);Duration of fever,cough and nasal congestion and runny nose were shorter(P＜0.05).Pulmonary function indicators in both groups were increased after treatment,FVC,FEV,and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were higher than those in control group(P＜0.05).The levels of serum IL-6 and IL-17 a were re-duced in the 2 groups after treatment and which were lower in the observation group to compared with the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 10.00％,and there were no ad-verse reactions in the observation group.Conclusion:Qinfei Yin can effectively treat AP children with wind-heat attacking lung syndrome,improve lung function and clinical symptoms,shorten the disappearance time of symptoms and signs,and reduce serum IL-17a and IL-6 levels.
