摘要

目的:观察针刺痛敏点及董氏奇穴治疗慢性非特异性腰痛患者的临床疗效及其对血清炎症因子的影响.方法:选择于浙江中医药大学附属富阳中医骨伤医院就诊的慢性非特异性腰痛患者112例,根据随机数字表法分为两组,即观察组与对照组各56例.对照组给予常规康复训练,观察组给予针刺痛敏点及董氏奇穴治疗,治疗2周,观察两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后魁北克腰痛障碍评分量表、腰椎活动范围(前屈、左右侧屈、后伸),血清炎症因子血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及复发情况.结果:治疗2周后,观察组总有效率为90.74％,显著高于对照组的79.63％(P＜0.05);治疗后两组患者魁北克腰痛障碍评分量表、血清炎症因子水平均较治疗前降低(P＜0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗后两组患者腰椎前屈、后伸、左侧屈、右侧屈活动度均较治疗前提高,且观察组高于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗后观察组复发率(7.41％)显著低于对照组复发率(24.07％)(P＜0.05).结论:针刺痛敏点及董氏奇穴治疗慢性非特异性腰痛患者疗效显著,可明显减轻疼痛,提高腰椎活动度,降低炎症因子水平.

Abstract

Objective:To observe the curative effect of acupuncture pain sensitive point and Dong's acu-points in treatment of patients with chronic nonspecific low back pain and effects on serum inflammatory factors.Methods:112 Cases with chronic nonspecific low back pain from Fuyang Chinese medicine orthopedic hospital were selected and divided into teo groups according to random digital table method,observation group and control group with each 56 cases;control group was given routine rehabilitation training,observation group was treated with acupuncture pain sensitive point and Dong's acupoints,curative effect was evaluated after treating for 2 weeks,the Quebec low back pain disorder score,lumbar spine mobility,serum IL-1 β,TNF-α and IL-6 le-vels were determined before and after treatment,recurrence was recorded.Results:The total effective rate of ob-servation group was 90.74％,that was higher than that of control,that was 79.63％(P＜0.05),the Quebec low back pain disorder score and serum IL-1 β,TNF-α,IL-6 levels of the two groups were lowered after treat-ment,which of the observation group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05);the lumbar spine mobili-ty of the two groups were raised and that of the observation group was higher than that in control group(P＜0.05),the recurrence of the observation group(7.41％)was lower than that of control group(24.07％)(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture pain sensitive point and Dong's acupoints can effectively treat chronic nonspecific low back pain,reduce pain,improve lumbar spine mobility and decrease serum inflammatory factors levels.
