A male patient who experienced acute constipation after receiving anti-obesity therapy with Dulaglutide Injection was reported and a comprehensive literature analysis and summary was performed.The constipation was alleviated after symptomatic treatment and did not recur after dose reduction for Dulaglutide.As the relatedness between Dulaglutide Injection and acute constipation was judged as"probable",the drug should be used guarding against acute constipation in clinical practice.
