Objective:To investigate the occurrence of delirium induced by alteplase for injection and to improve the rationality and safety of its clinical use.Methods:The diagnosis and treatment process of a patient with delirium induced by alteplase for injection was retrospectively analyzed.The correlation between alteplase for injection and delirium,as well as the countermeasures,were discussed.Results:Based on the clinical manifestation and correlation evaluation of the patient,the correlation evaluation result of alteplase for injection and delirium was judged as"probable".The patient's delirium disappeared after discontinuation of medication.Conclusion:Prior to administering alteplase for injection,patients'allergy history and medication history should be evaluated to reduce the incidence or severity of delirium,thereby ensuring the medication safety.
