Pharmaceutical Care of Isavuconazole in a Pediatric Patient with Rhizopus:a Case Report
Objective:To analyze the treatment design and individual treatment regimen of isavuconazole in pediatric patient infected with Rhizopus,and provide rationale for the treatment of patients with the same disease.Methods:The involvement of clinical pharmacists in the management of pediatric Rhizopus infection with isavuconazole included monitoring clinical symptoms and inflammatory indicators,as well as evaluating potential adverse reactions to enhance medication surveillance.Results:Clinical pharmacists analyzed the drug regimen and gave effective suggestions on the dosage and course of esaconazole,and the disease was well controlled.Conclusion:The involvement of clinical pharmacists in the treatment regimen design of a pediatric patient infected with Rhizopus can improve the efficacy and safety of medication for children.
