目的:分析前蛋白转化酶枯草溶菌素9(PCSK9)抑制剂的应用现状与热点.方法:在中国知网、Pubmed数据库中分别检索2013年1月1日~2023年9月30日期间发表的PCSK9抑制剂相关文献,通过Bicomb-2.0软件对文献资料进行提取和统计,运用UCINET 6.0软件中的NetDraw 2.182进行社会网络分析,并利用gCLUTO 1.0软件对关键词进行聚类分析.结果:最终纳入中文文献256篇,英文文献2580篇.发文量呈逐年上升趋势;美国是发文量最高的国家;发文量最多的中英文杂志分别是《临床心血管病杂志》和J ournal of Clinical Lipidology;社会网络分析结果表明,该领域的研究热点为"PCSK9抑制剂""PCSK9""低密度脂蛋白胆固醇"等;聚类分析结果提示当前研究的五大主题分别为降低低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、PCSK9与动脉粥样硬化、心血管疾病方面的应用、与慢性病及脂蛋白(a)的相关研究.结论:近年来关于PCSK9抑制剂的研究受到了越来越多学者的关注,我国学者可借鉴国内外的研究热点进一步开展相关研究.
Bibliometric Analysis of Proprotein Convertase Subtilisin/Kexin Type 9 Inhibitors
Objective:To analyze the current status and hot spots on the use of proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9(PCSK9)inhibitors.Methods:The literatures on PCSK9 inhibitors published from 01 Jan 2013 to 30 Sep 2023 were retrieved from CNKI and Pubmed databases,and extracted and summarized by Bicomb-2.0 software,followed by social network analysis by NetDraw 2.182 of UCINET 6.0 software,and the clustering analysis of key words by gCLUTO 1.0 software.Results:A total of 256 Chinese articles and 2580 English articles were included eventually.The number of papers published was increasing year by year,with the most publications shown in the United States among countries and in Journal of Clinical Cardiology and Journal of Clinical Lipidology among Chinese and English magazines.The results of social network analysis showed that the hot spots in this field included"PCSK9 inhibitors","PCSK9","low density lipoprotein cholesterol",etc.The results of clustering analysis suggested that the five main topics of current studies were related to reducing low density lipoprotein cholesterol,PCSK9 and atherosclerosis,application in cardiovascular diseases,and chronic diseases and lipoprotein(a).Conclusion:In recent years,the study on PCSK9 inhibitors has received increased attention from scholars,and Chinese scholars can learn from the research focuses at home and abroad to carry out further studies.
