Objective:To explore the pattern and characteristics of adverse reactions caused by Kushen decoction pieces,providing a reference for clinical safe and rational drug use.Methods:Two cases of adverse reactions of Kushen decoction pieces collected and recorded in an outpatient clinic were analyzed from the perspectives of literature on adverse reactions of Kushen,patient gender and age,dosage and administration,and involved system or organ,etc.Results:The gender and age of patients had no practical significance.Overdose of Kushen decoction pieces may cause adverse reactions.The obvious damage from adverse reactions of Kushen decoction pieces was mainly observed in the digestive system and cardiovascular system.Conclusion:Clinicians and pharmacists should pay attention to the adverse reactions caused by Kushen decoction pieces and strengthen the supervision of drug use to ensure the clinical safe and rational drug use.
