Objective:To analyze the pattern of adverse drug reaction(ADR)of Jiegu Qili preparation,providing a reference for safe and rational drug use.Methods:The ADR reports of Jiegu Qili preparation from January 1,2010 to December 6,2022 in the National Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring System were collected.The gender,age,medication reasons,serious ADR reports,ADR involving system/organ and main clinical manifestations,and concomitant medications were statistically analyzed by a retrospective study.Results:A total of 84 cases of ADR were collected.Male patients were slightly more than female patients,and the age of patients was mainly distributed in 45～64 years old(36.90%).The main reason for medication was fracture(51.19%).There were 11 cases of serious ADR reported,and the ADR involving system/organ were mainly gastrointestinal disorders(61.15%),with an increase in ADR when combined with Huoxue Zhitong capsules.Conclusion:The monitoring of ADR associated with Jiegu Qili preparation in clinical application should be strengthened to ensure the safe and rational drug use for patients.
