摘要
儿童哮喘作为一种常见的慢性呼吸道疾病,对患儿的生活质量及家庭负担造成了严重影响.近年来,抗免疫球蛋白E(IgE)药物作为治疗儿童哮喘的新型生物制剂,其疗效和安全性得到了广泛关注.本文综述了抗IgE药物在儿童哮喘治疗中的研究进展,包括作用机制、药物特性、临床应用及与其他治疗药物的联合应用等,旨在探讨抗IgE药物在儿童哮喘中的合理应用策略及治疗展望,以期为临床实践提供参考.
Abstract
As a common chronic respiratory disease,childhood asthma seriously affects the quality of life and increases family burden.In recent years,anti-immunoglobulin E(IgE)drugs have been used as a novel biologic for the treatment of childhood asthma,and their efficacy and safety have received extensive attention.Here,we reviewed the research progress of anti-IgE drugs in the treatment of childhood asthma,including their mechanism of action,drug characteristics,clinical application and combination use with other drugs,in order to explore the strategy for rational use of anti-IgE drugs in the treatment of childhood asthma and discuss the treament prospects,so as to provide reference for clinical practice.
