Practice and Reflection on Medication Therapeutical Management for Neuropathic Headache Caused by Suspected TP Regimen Chemotherapy
Objective:Based on the process of medication therapeutical management(MTM)model, the data of a case of neuropathic headache caused by suspected TP regimen chemotherapy were analyzed to provide reference for clinical pharmacy work. Methods:One patient with neuropathic headache due to suspected TP regimen chemotherapy was included.According to the MTM model process, clinical pharmacists carried out the whole process of pharmaceutical work including information collection, medication records, intervention suggestions,follow-up visits, etc.,and combined with literature study, provided clinical pharmaceutical treatment suggestions. Results:Clinical pharmacists assist clinicians to identify and solve the clinical problems of neuropathic headache caused by multi-cycle chemotherapy, propose treatment measures, and form standardized pharmaceutical work records. Conclusion:Clinical pharmacists rely on the core links in the MTM model process to carry out clinical pharmacy work and sequentially form work forms for archiving, initially realizing a standardized, normalized and full-process work mode and improving clinical work efficiency.
