Rational Drug Use Management Strategies for Childhood Allergic Asthma in the Model of Hierarchical Medical Care
Allergic diseases, particularly allergic asthma, have emerged as a significant challenge to children's health in the 21st century, with its incidence rate on the rise in China.Childhood allergic asthma not only profoundly impacts the physical and mental well-being of affected children but also imposes a substantial economic burden on families and society. This article aims to explore how to optimize the treatment of childhood allergic asthma through rational drug administration under the policy of hierarchical medical care.Early identification of acute asthma exacerbations and prompt anti-inflammatory treatment, coupled with dynamic monitoring of therapeutic effects for adjusting drug dosages, are of paramount importance in avoiding the risk of adverse reactions from combined drug use. Moreover, for eligible patients, the early introduction of standardized allergen specific immunotherapy and biological agent therapies has completed the entire management pathway for chronic airway inflammation.Through individualized allergy health education and coordinated continuous treatment across different levels, treatment compliance can be enhanced, precise treatment and complete control can be achieved, and the prognosis of airway allergies can be improved. This paper intends to offer references and guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of childhood allergic asthma at the present stage.
