Effects of Dezocine Combined with Butorphanol on Postoperative Analgesia Effect and Immune Function in Patients Undergoing Radical Hysterectomy for Cervix Carcinoma
Objective:To investigate the effects of dezocine combined with butorphanol on postoperative analgesia effect and immune function in patients undergoing radical hysterectomy for cervix carcinoma. Methods:A total of 122 patients undergoing radical hysterectomy for cervix carcinoma in a hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected and assigned to the control group and observation group by random number table, with 61 patients in each group. Both groups of patients underwent cervical cancer surgery with the same anesthesia induction. The control group was given butorphanol for anesthesia, while the observation group was given dezocine combined with butorphanol for anesthesia. The analgesic effect[visual analogue scale (VAS)],pain stress factors[β-endorphin (β-EP),neuropeptide Y (NPY),substance P (SP)],immune function[CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,natural killer (NK) cells]and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:At 4,8,12h after operation, the VAS scores were gradually decreased in the two groups, with the observation group showing lower scores than the control group (P<0.05).At 12h after operation, the levels of β-EP,NPY and SP were increased in the two groups, with the observation group showing lower levels than the control group (P<0.05).At 12h after operation, the levels of CD3+,CD4+and NK cells were decreased in the two groups, but the observation group was higher than the control group;CD8+levels were increased, but the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05).At 12h after operation, the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Dezocine combined with butorphanol can relieve postoperative pain in patients undergoing radical hysterectomy for cervix carcinoma, regulate the immune function and reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions.
