摘要
目的:探讨某院 2019～2023 年口服中成药的使用情况,为其临床安全合理使用提供参考.方法:收集该院 2019～2023 年口服中成药的使用数据,对品种数、国家基本药物品种数、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)、药品排序比(B/A)等进行统计分析.结果:2019～2023 年,该院口服中成药品种数基本持平,销售金额整体呈上升趋势.口服中成药品种中的国家基本药物品种数和销售金额呈现上升态势.销售金额和DDDs排名前10 位的口服中成药类别基本稳定,理血剂的销售金额及DDDs占比稳居第一.DDDs排名前10 位的口服中成药单品种基本保持稳定,其中解郁丸的DDC稳居前列.结论:该院2019～2023 年口服中成药的品种基本满足临床需求,临床使用较为合理,但个别存在不合理使用情况.部分口服中成药的DDC较高,有必要对临床使用环节进一步加强监管.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the usage of oral Chinese patent medicines in a hospital from 2019 to 2023,providing references for clinical safe and rational drug use.Methods:Usage data of oral Chinese patent medicines in the hospital from 2019 to 2023 were collected,and statistical analysis was performed on indicators including the number of varieties,the number of national essential drug varieties,sales amount,defined daily dose system(DDDs),defined daily cost(DDC)and B/A ratio(B/A).Results:From 2019 to 2023,the number of oral Chinese patent medicines varieties in the hospital remained basically stable,while the overall sales amount showed an upward trend.Among oral Chinese patent medicines,both the number of national essential drug varieties and their sales amount increased.The top 10 types in terms of sales amount and DDDs remained relatively stable,with blood-regulating preparations ranking first in both sales amount and DDDs proportion.The top 10 single varieties in DDDs ranking were basically stable,among which Jieyu Pills consistently had a high DDC.Conclusion:The varieties of oral Chinese patent medicines in the hospital from 2019 to 2023 basically met clinical needs,and their clinical use was relatively rational,though there were individual cases of irrational use.The DDC of some oral Chinese patent medicines is relatively high,so it is necessary to further strengthen supervision and management in clinical application.
