Textual Research and Analysis on Ancient Literature of Puji Xiaodu Decoction
To collect ancient Chinese medicine literature related to Puji Xiaodu Decoction,and use bibliometric methods to statistically analyze the historical origin,drug composition,composition principle,dosage preparation,main disease symptoms,usage and other aspects of Puji Xiaodu Decoction.A total of 235 pieces of valid data were screened out,involving 139 TCM ancient books.It was found that Puji Xiaodu Decoction originated from Dong Yuan Shi Xiao Fang,which is composed of 14 kinds of Chinese materia medica,such as Scutellariae Radix,Coptis Chinensis,Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma,Citri Reticulatae Pericrpium,Scrophulariae Radix,Glycyrrhiza Radix Et Rhizoma,Forsythiae Fructus,Arctii Fructus,Isatidis Radix,Lasiosphaera Calvatia,Bombyx Batryticatus,Cimicifugae Rhizoma,Bupleuri Radix and Platycodonis Radix.The main efficacy is to clear heat and detoxify,dissipate wind and disperse pathogenic factors,and mainly treat diseases such as large-headed plague caused by scorched fever.Among the 76 articles concocted with medicinal processing,Glycyrrhiza Radix et Rhizoma was the most,and most of them were for raw use(44/45);followed by Bombyx Batryticatus,mostly fried(38/44);Coptis Chinensis and Scutellariae Radix were mostly stir-fried with wine(28/40,24/37);the usage was mainly based on the use of boiling powder,and the dosage form has gradually changed to decoction since the end of the Ming Dynasty.Through data mining and collation,systematic analysis and recording of ancient TCM literature of Puji Xiaodu Decoction,it provided a reference for the clinical application of ancient famous formulas and the research and development of modern preparations.
