Study on the Law of Clinical Application of Millifire Needle Based on Bibliometrics
Objective To analyze the literature about clinical application of millifire needle using bibliometrics;To understand the current research status,hotspots,and trends.Methods The relevant literature about clinical application of millifire needle collected from CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,and CBM were retrieved from the establishment of the databases to 18,Sep.2022.NoteExpress3.2.0 software was used for document management.Annual publication trends,authors,research institutions,journal sources,and keywords were analyzed using Bicomb 2.01,Ucinet 6.560,and CiteSpace 6.1.2 software.Results Totally 556 studies were included,and the annual number of papers on clinical application of millifire needle was on the rise,and the trend node was consistent with the landmark event of millifire needle development.The field has basically formed a group of"core authors",mainly including Liu Haiyong,Zhang Zhiqiang,Sun Chunmei,Huang Shixi,Bai Zhifang,Wang Yanan,Yang Jiaen and Liang Shufen.Five"core universities"included Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,and 36"core journals"headed by Massage and Rehabilitation Medicine.Keyword co-occurrence analysis showed that high-frequency keywords included"hot needle","vitiligo","Shingles","acupuncture","fire needle therapy",etc.Conclusion The clinical research of millifire needle is on the rise in China,and its clinical application is expanding from surgical diseases to medical diseases.The connection between author teams and publishing institutions within the field needs to be strengthened.
