目的 利用CiteSpace可视化分析软件对2002-2022年针灸治疗压力性尿失禁的中文文献进行筛选和分析,了解我国针灸治疗压力性尿失禁的发展脉络、研究热点及未来研究发展趋势,为该领域的深入研究提供客观依据.方法 在中国知识资源总库(CNKI)检索2002年1月1日-2022年8月31日针灸治疗压力性尿失禁的中文期刊文献,导出至CiteSpace6.1.R2,对作者、机构、关键词和突现词进行知识图谱构建和可视化分析.结果 共检索到文献403篇,筛选后纳入313篇.发文量最高的作者是汪司右,为14篇;发文量最高的机构是上海中医药大学和上海针灸经络研究所;关键词聚类共11个;中介中心性最高的关键词为尿失禁(0.48),其次为电针(0.42);主要研究热点包括女性患者(研究对象)、电针、艾灸、温针灸(干预方式)及中髎、八髎、会阳(常用腧穴).结论 电针治疗压力性尿失禁将持续是一个热门研究方向,目前针对男性压力性尿失禁患者的针灸治疗研究较少;针灸治疗压力性尿失禁的规范化操作和相关标准有待深入研究.
Abstract
Objective To screen and analyze the Chinese literature in the field of acupuncture for the treatment of stress urinary incontinence in 2002-2022 using CiteSpace visual analysis software;To understand the development context,research hotspots and future research trends of acupuncture in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence;To provide an objective basis for in-depth research in this field.Methods CNKI database was used to search the Chinese journal literature of acupuncture for the treatment of stress urinary incontinence from 1,Jan.2002 to 31,Aug.2022 as the research object.The targeted literature was imported into CiteSpace for conversion,and the authors,institutions,keywords and emergent words of the included literature were constructed and visually analyzed.Results A total of 403 articles were retrieved and 313 were included after screening.After analysis,it was obtained that Wang Siyou had the highest number of articles in the cluster of authors with 14 articles.The largest number of articles published were Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Shanghai Acupuncture Meridian Research Institute.There were 11 keyword clusters.The keyword with the highest median centrality was incontinence(0.48),followed by electroacupuncture(0.42).The main research hotspots included women(research subjects),electroacupuncture,moxibustion,warm acupuncture(intervention methods),and middle hip,eight hips,and Huiyang(commonly used acupoints).Conclusion Electroacupuncture will continue to be a hot research topic for the treatment of stress urinary incontinence.There is an urgent need to strength researches on acupuncture treatment for male stress urinary incontinence.The standardized operation and standardization of acupuncture in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence need to be studied in depth.
