Visualization Analysis on the Literature about Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease in TCM Field
Objective To explore and discover the research status,research hotspots and trend of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(CPID)in the field of TCM.Methods Chinese core journals related to CPID in the field of TCM were retrieved and screened from CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data and CBM from the establishment of the databases to September 30,2022.NoteExpress 3.7 was used to remove duplicates and manually review each item individually.The scientometrics tool CiteSpace6.1.R2 was used to draw the knowledge map,and the annual publication volume,core authors,research institutions and keywords were visually analyzed.Results Finally,3 595 articles were included,with an average annual number of publications of about 97.2,showing an overall upward trend.25 people published more than 5 articles in a year,ranking the top 5,respectively Gu Feng,Liu Li,Liu Ruifen,Hu Guohua,Ma Baozhang;The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine was the most prominent research institution.The key words cluster view consisted of 712 nodes and 993 lines,and 12 clusters were selected to predict the research hotspots in this field.The frontier hotspot turned to the clinical experimental research of Chinese patent medicine,such as Fuke Qianjin Tablets and Guizhi Fuling Pills.In addition,the efficacy observation indicators such as hemorheology,immune function,inflammation and inflammatory factors were also increasingly favored by researchers.Conclusion There are currently problems in this field,such as a small number of core authors and insufficient cross regional communication among research teams.The future development direction of CPID in the field of TCM will focus on strengthening basic research,clarifying the pathogenesis and mechanism of CPID.
