Visual Analysis of Research Literature on Promoting Blood Circulation and Removing Blood Stasis in the Intervention of Stroke
Objective To explore the current situation,hot spots and development trend of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis in the intervention of stroke.Methods Retrieve relevant literature in CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP and CBM from the establishment of the database to 19 August 2022.Use NoteExpress 3.6 to filter literature;use Excel 2021 to analyze the number of annual publications,journals and institutions;use VOSviewer to draw keyword co-occurrence and author maps;use CiteSpace6.1.R2 to draw keyword clustering maps,timeline maps,and burst analysis maps.Results A total of 2 778 articles were included,and the number of annual publications showed a trend of increasing first and then stabilizing.There was less cooperation among authors.Published journals are mainly sponsored by the China Association of Chinese Medicine and universities,basically forming a cooperative team with a certain institution as the core,and there are few links between research institutions.Keyword clustering includes 12 clustering themes.The keyword"neurological function"has the highest burst rate and its hotspots continue to this day.Conclusion The research heat in this field is constantly increasing.The research focus in this field is the clinical effectiveness of different promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis methods treating stroke and comortidities with other diseases.The development trend of this field is based on data mining to explore the medication rule of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis theory in the treatment of cerebral apoplexy and pay attention to the study of functional recovery in the recovery period of cerebral apoplexy under the theory of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.In the future,attention can be paid to the application of cerebral apoplexy prevention stage,explore acupuncture and other characteristics of blood circulation therapy,from a multidisciplinary perspective to explore the theory of blood circulation in the treatment of cerebral apoplexy research.
