Visual Analysis on TCM for the Treatment of Perianal Abscess
Objective To explore the development trend and the research hotspots of TCM for the treatment of perianal abscess in recent years.Methods The literature on TCM for the treatment of perianal abscess from January 1,1997 to November 1,2022 was retrieved from CNKI.CiteSpace 6.1.R2 and bibliometrics were used to draw the knowledge map of TCM for the treatment of perianal abscess,including authors,collaborating institutions,keyword clustering,and temporal distribution of prominent words,and sorted out the research hotspots and frontier direction.Results Totally 431 articles were included,and the number of publications in this field has gradually increased and stabilized.The authors with the highest volume of publications were Linghu Qing and Jia Huiling,both of whom had 4 articles;the institutions with the highest number of publications were Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine,Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,all of which had 4 articles.The keyword co-occurrence clustering network mainly involved research on TCM fumigation and washing,TCM therapy,and postoperative recovery.Research hotspots focused on disease names,treatment methods,therapeutic drugs,and wound healing observation indicators.Conclusion The study on TCM sitz bath and comprehensive nursing on postoperative wound healing,anal function,and postoperative pain of perianal abscess has been a continuous research hotspot and trend in recent years.
