陈自明认为月经病的基本病机是冲任损伤,治疗时首先注重调理冲任、气血,用药寒温并用,偏重于温.临证时根据月经的期量色质及全身症状辨寒、热、瘀、虚,辨寒治以温经、辨热治以清经、辨瘀治以通经、辨虚治以固经.
Abstract
Chen Ziming believes that the basic pathogenesis of menopathy is Chong Ren injury.When treating,the first priority is to regulate Chong Ren,qi and blood,and to use both cold and warm drugs,with a focus on warm drugs.According to the period of menstruation,blood volume,color,texture,and systemic symptoms,cold,heat,stasis,deficiency were distinguished,cold was distinguished to treat with warming menstruation,and heat was distinguished to treat with clearing menstruation.Stasis was distinguished to treat with stimulating the menstrual flow,and deficiency was distinguished to treat with solid menstruation.
