摘要
本文总结朱佳教授治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的经验.COPD的病机为肺肾气虚、痰瘀互结,朱佳教授提出其治法为补肺益肾、化痰散瘀,并自拟芪故地味汤,组成为炙黄芪、补骨脂、矮地茶、五味子.朱佳教授用药精准,临证多选用药对,用量轻盈,合理应用化痰药,在临床中取得了较好疗效.附其慢阻肺医案一则,以飨同道.
Abstract
This article summarized the experience of Professor Zhu Jia,in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.The pathogenesis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is the deficiency of lung and kidney qi,and the accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis.Professor Zhu Jia proposes that the treatment principles includes tonifying the lungs and kidneys,resolving phlegm and dispersing blood stasis,and developed his own Qigu Diwei Decoction,consisting of Astragali Radix Praeparata cum Melle,Psoraleae Fructus,Ardisiae Japonicae Herba,and Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus.Professor Zhu Jia's clinical medication is precise,with multiple choices of medication.The dosage is light,and the rational use of phlegm resolving drugs has achieved good therapeutic effects in clinical practice.A medical case of treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is collected for the benefit of colleagues.
