Analysis on Dang Zhongqin's Experience in Treating Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease
Professor Dang Zhongqin believes that the core pathogenesis of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is endogenous phlegm and dampness,turbid toxin and blood stasis,spleen and liver dysfunction,and the key to clinical treatment lies in the combination of removing dampness and phlegm,lowering turbidity and promoting blood circulation,and soothing the liver and invigorating the spleen.Professor Dang treats NAFLD mainly based on syndrome differentiation,supplemented with disease differentiation,and creates self-made Ganzhikang Prescription,which is modified with syndromes,with significant efficacy.This article analyzed and summarized Professor Dang's clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of NAFLD from four levels of theory,method,prescription and medicine,and attached a typical medical case to discuss with colleagues.
