摘要
孙郁芝教授认为,脾肾两虚、气滞湿阻、瘀水互结是肾性水肿的主要病机,治以补肾健脾为主,佐以益气行水、活血化瘀,标本兼治,总结出"益气活血行水"特色疗法,治疗中运用经验方药,加以化裁,临床疗效满意.附验案一则分析.
Abstract
Professor Sun Yuzhi believes that the main pathogenesis of renal edema is the deficiency of both spleen and kidney,stagnation of qi and dampness,and the combination of blood stasis and water.The treatment is mainly to invigorate the kidney and spleen,with supplementing qi and promoting water circulation,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,treating both the symptoms and the root causes.She has summarized the characteristic therapy of Yiqi Huoxue Xingshui(reinforcing qi,activating blood circulation and promoting water circulation),which uses empirical prescriptions and drugs in the treatment,and has a satisfactory clinical effect.A medical record was attached to this article for analysis.
