摘要
基于六经辨证体系,系统总结张仲景在《伤寒杂病论》中对小便不利的证治思路.小便不利的病机主要与津亏、脾虚、湿热、枢机不利、阳虚水停、上燥下寒等相关,在健脾利水、分利湿热、和解少阳、温肾利水、滋上温下的同时通利小便.临证中应把握中医学整体观念、辨证论治两大特点,依据四诊合参,辨明六经,审察整体疾病的病位与病机,继而遣方用药,方获良效.
Abstract
Based on the syndrome differentiation system of six meridians,this article systematically summarized Zhang Zhongjing's thought of syndrome differentiation and treatment of adverse urination in the Shang Han Za Bing Lun.The pathogenesis of adverse urination was mainly related to factors such as fluid deficiency,spleen deficiency,dampness and heat,cardinal adverse,yang deficiency and water stop,upper dryness and lower cold.While invigorating spleen and promoting diuresis,reducing dampness and heat,reconciling Shaoyang,warming kidney and promoting diuresis,nourishing upper and warming lower,urine should also be promoted.In clinical practice,it is necessary to grasp the two major characteristics of TCM:"holistic concept"and"syndrome differentiation and treatment".Based on the combination of the four diagnostic criteria,the six meridians should be identified,the disease location and pathogenesis of the overall disease should be examined,and then prescription medication should be sent to achieve good efficacy.
