血府逐瘀汤加减治疗类肺炎性胸腔积液临证举隅

摘要
血府逐瘀汤出自清代医家王清任的《医林改错》,原方旨在"治胸中血府血瘀之症".近代医家灵活运用本方治疗全身多系统疾病.类肺炎性胸腔积液属中医学"悬饮"范畴.谢纬主任医师结合"水病及血"理论,认为类肺炎性胸腔积液多以饮瘀互结为主要病因,临证需活血化瘀、泻肺逐饮并重,故以血府逐瘀汤加减治疗,疗效显著.附验案一则.
Abstract
Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction is from the book Yi Lin Gai Cuo compiled by Wang Qingren,a famous physician in the Qing Dynasty,and the original decoction is intended to"treat blood stasis in the chest".Modern medical practitioners have flexibly used this decoction to treat multi-system diseases.Paraneumonic pleural effusion belongs to the category of"Xuanyin"(fluid retention)in TCM.Chief physician Xie Wei,based on the theory of"water disease and blood",believes that the main cause of pneumonia pleural effusion is the mutual accumulation of yin and blood stasis.When treating symptoms,it is necessary to focus on promoting blood circulation and resolving stasis,as well as purging the lungs and promoting yin.Therefore,the treatment with modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction is effective and confirmed.A medical case was attached in the article.
