摘要
心房颤动(AF)与心理因素密切相关,其并发症以抑郁较为多见.合并抑郁的AF患者预后通常不理想,且会对患者的生活产生较大负面影响,故治疗方面得到众医家的一致重视.本文从"心悸"与"郁证"的病因病机入手,分别阐述中西医对于AF合并抑郁的治疗研究进展.
Abstract
Atrial fibrillation is closely related to psychological factors and depression is the most common complication.The prognosis of patients with atrial fibrillation complicated with depression is often not ideal and has a great negative impact on the life of patients;therefore,receiving attention of many doctors.This article started with the etiology and pathogenesis of"palpitation"and"depression syndrome"and expounded the research progress of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of atrial fibrillation combined with depression respectively.
