中医药调控内质网应激防治糖尿病视网膜病变研究进展

摘要
糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)是糖尿病微血管病变,内质网应激与其发生发展密切相关.在DR状态下,内质网应激参与了炎症、线粒体损伤、氧化应激、细胞凋亡等过程.本文系统阐述了DR的病因及病理概况、内质网应激的启动机制、内质网应激在DR发生发展中的具体作用,以及中医药靶向内质网应激防治DR的研究进展,以期为从事中医药防治DR领域的科研人员提供思路.
Abstract
Diabetic retinopathy(DR)is a microvascular disease of diabetes,and endoplasmic reticulum stress(ERS)is closely related to its occurrence and development.In the state of DR,ERS is involved in inflammation,mitochondrial damage,oxidative stress,apoptosis and other processes.This article systematically expounded the etiology and pathology of DR,the starting mechanism of ERS,the specific role of ERS in the occurrence and development of DR,and the research progress of TCM targeting ERS in the prevention and treatment of DR,in order to provide ideas for researchers engaged in the field of TCM to prevent and treat DR.
