摘要
目的 通过数据挖掘分析针灸治疗子宫脱垂的选穴规律.方法 检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)建库至2023年5月1日收录的针灸治疗子宫脱垂相关文献,运用Excel2021建立数据库,运用SPSS Modeler 18.0和SPSS26.0软件进行关联规则及聚类分析.结果 共纳入86篇文献,涉及腧穴70个,总频次604次.使用频次较高的腧穴为关元、三阴交、百会;所属经脉以任脉、脾经、胃经为主;选穴主要分布在腹部、下肢部;特定穴以交会穴、募穴、合穴为主;关联性较高的腧穴组合为气海-关元、气海-百会-关元、气海-足三里-关元;高频腧穴聚类为5类.结论 针灸治疗子宫脱垂取穴以近端腹部、远端头部及下肢部为主,常选用关元、三阴交、百会、足三里、子宫、气海为主穴,随证加减.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the acupoint selection law of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of uterine prolapse via data mining.Methods Relevant literature on acupuncture and moxibustion for uterine prolapse was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,and CBM from the establishment of the databases to May 1,2023.Excel 2021 was used to construct a database,and both association rule analysis and clustering analysis were performed using SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS 26.0 software.Results Totally 86 articles were included,involving 70 acupoints with a frequency of 604 times.High-frequency acupoints included Guanyuan(BL26),Sanyinjiao(SP6),and Baihui(DU20);the predominant meridians were the Conception Vessel,spleen meridian and stomach meridian.Most of the acupoints were located in the abdominal and lower limb regions.The specific acupoints were primarily the crossing acupoints,the front-mu acupoints,and the He-sea acupoints.Association rule analysis revealed high correlations among the acupoint combinations of Qihai(BL24)-Guanyuan(BL26),Qihai(BL24)-Baihui(DU20)-Guanyuan(BL26),and Qihai(BL24)-Zusanli(ST36)-Guanyuan(BL26).Through clustering analysis,the high-frequency acupoints were classified into five categories.Conclusion The selection of acupoints for the treatment of uterine prolapse via acupuncture is primarily centered in the abdomen,head,and lower limbs,with frequent selection of Guanyuan(BL26),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Baihui(DU20),Zusanli(ST36),Zigong(EX-CA1),Qihai(BL24),among others.Adjustments should be made based on different syndromes.
