Study on the Prescription Law of TCM for the Treatment of Cervical Vertigo Based on Data Mining
Objective To discuss the prescription law of TCM for the treatment of cervical vertigo based on data mining.Methods Relevant literature on the TCM treatment for cervical vertigo was retrieved from databases of CNKI,Wanfang Data,and VIP from January 1,2013 to January 1,2023.After screening and inclusion,WPS Office 11.1.0.14036 software was used to calculate the frequency and distribution of prescriptions,combination therapy methods,syndrome types,drugs,and their properties,tastes,and meridians;the association rule analysis and clustering analysis were performed using SPSS Statistics 25.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 software.Results Totally 155 articles were included,involving 24 TCM syndrome types,162 prescriptions and 119 kinds of Chinese materia medica.Phlegm dampness obstruction syndrome and qi and blood deficiency deficiency syndrome were the main syndrome types.Commonly used formula categories are phlegm-expelling formula and supplementing formula.Banxia Baizhu Tianma Deccotion and Yiqi Congming Deccotion were the main prescriptions.Tonifying deficiency medicine,relieving exterior syndrome medicine,medicine of promoting blood circulation and resolving blood stasis,medicine of calming the liver and calming the wind,and medicine of resolving phlegm were the commonly used medicines;the statistics of property,taste and meridian showed that Chinese materia medica with the highest frequency was warm,sweet,and spleen meridian;clustering analysis could classify drugs into four categories;association rule analysis showed obtained 11 items of medicinal combinations.Conclusion The main syndrome types of cervical vertigo are phlegm dampness obstruction syndrome and qi and blood deficiency syndrome.Prescriptions with the efficacy of resolving phlegm,dispelling dampness,supplementing qi and elevating yang often include Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction and Yiqi Congming Decoction;the medication is mainly warm in property and sweet in the tastes,mainly with Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Jujubae Fructus,Gastrodiae Rhizoma,Puerariae Lobatae Radix and Poria.
