Visualization Analysis on TCM Non-pharmacological Treatment of Functional Constipation Based on Knowledge Map in 1994-2022
Objective To understand the research hotspots and trends in the treatment of functional constipation by TCM non-pharmacological treatment;To provide references for subsequent researches.Methods The research literature on the treatment of functional constipation by TCM non-pharmacological treatment was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,and VIP from June 15,1994 to December 31,2022.CiteSpace 6.2.R2 software was used to visualize and analyze authors,institutions,and keywords.Results A total of 1 716 articles were included,and the annual number of articles showed an upward trend in the whole.The authors with the higher number of articles were Li Ying,Yu Yongduo,Liu Zhishun,and Luo Fangli,and the research institution with the highest number of articles was Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.High-frequency keywords included"acupuncture treatment","clinical efficacy","constipation","electroacupuncture treatment",etc.;the keywords were clustered into 9 categories."Acupressure points"and"intestinal flora"have become keywords that have emerged in the last three years.Conclusion The analysis reveals that the core group of authors in this field has not yet been formed,and the cooperation among institutions is relatively small.The current research mainly focuses on the clinical efficacy of acupuncture,moxibustion and massage in treating functional constipation,and the study of acupoint therapy and the mechanism of intestinal flora may become a hotspot in the next phase of research.
