Visualization Analysis on Literature about Manual Reduction for Distal Radius Fracture from 2000 to 2022
Objective To analyze the development trend and research hotspots of manual reduction for the treatment of distal radius fracture(DRF)from 2000 to 2022.Methods The Chinese journals related to DRF of TCM manual reduction therapy published from January 1,2000 to November 27,2022 in the databases of CNKI,Wanfang Data,and VIP were retrieved.CiteSpace 6.1.R3 software was used to perform co-occurrence and clustering analysis on authors and keywords,and analyze the temporal trend of keyword changes.Results A total of 896 articles were included,and the overall number of publications was on the rise.The main source journals included Chinese Journal of Orthopedics and Traumatology of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Chinese Journal of Orthopedics and Traumatology,The Journal of Traditional Chinese Orthopedics and Traumatology,Journal of New Chinese Medicine,etc.;authors who have published more articles include Qiu Zhongqing,Liu Baojian,Yan Songhe,Dong Xia,etc.;the institutions with more publications included Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and Wangjing Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences;the keywords could be clustered into 11 categories,research hotspots mainly focused on the clinical efficacy analysis of manual reduction and fracture fixation surgery for the treatment of DRF.Conclusion The clinical research of TCM manual reduction for DRF is still popular at present.At present,research is focused on the clinical efficacy analysis of manual reduction and fracture fixation surgery for the treatment of DRF,and the mechanism research needs further development.
