基于专利文献计量学的陇药专利信息研究

目的 通过陇药专利申请情况分析陇药的研发能力,为甘肃省陇药的开发利用和创新提供战略建议.方法 以专利之星数据库、中国知网为检索平台,以计量学手段,对专利申请总量、申请地域、主要发明人、前沿热点等方面进行分析,利用Origin2021、VOSviewer2022软件进行可视化展示.结果 2012-2022年全国陇药专利共16 417件,甘肃省陇药专利1 743件,涉及陇药的国际专利有195件,专利量2016-2018年达到高峰期.申请量较多的有宁夏回族自治区和甘肃省,其研发力量主要集中在高校和科研院所,技术热点主要在活性成分、提取、制备等方面.结论 陇药专利申请能力与陇药资源储备极不匹配,应当提高专利申请质量,"产、学、研"结合,提升陇药产品的研发能力及技术创新,增加市场的竞争力,提高国内外对陇药的认可度.
Study on Patent Information of"Long"Medicine Based on Patent Bibliometrics
Objective To analyze the research and development capability of"Long"medicine through patent application of"Long"medicine;To provide strategic suggestions for the development and utilization and innovation of"Long"medicine in Gansu Province.Methods Using databases such as Patent Star and CNKI as retrieval platforms,the total amount of patent applications,application region,main inventors,frontier hotspots and other aspects were analyzed by bibliometrics.Origin 2021 and VOSviewer 2022 software were used for visualization.Results Totally 195 international patents were involved in"Long"medicine since 2012-2022,with a total of 16 417 patents on"Long"medicine in China and 1 743 in Gansu Province,with the patent volume reaching its peak in 2016-2018.The top ranked applications were from Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and Gansu Province,whose R&D power was mainly concentrated in universities and research institutes,and the technical hotspots were mainly in active components,extraction and preparation.Conclusion Patent application capacity of"Long"medicine and"Long"medicine resource reserve is extremely mismatched,and the quality of patent applications should be improved."Production,learning,research"should be combined to enhance the product research and development capacity and technological innovation of"Long"medicine,increase the competitiveness of the market,and improve the recognition of"Long"medicine at home and abroad.
