《温热经纬》辨治疫病学术思想研究
Study on Academic Thoughts of Differentiation and Treatment of Epidemic Diseases in Wen Re Jing Wei

摘要
本文系统梳理现代学者关于《温热经纬》的研究概况,分析王士雄研究疫病的历史背景和引证诸多医家的评注,总结王士雄辨治疫病的学术思想.王士雄在大框架下遵从张仲景对于疫病的认识,同时补充陈坤、余师愚等多位医家的观点.本文从其补充张仲景疫病辨证理论体系、创新认识、病因病机、治则治法、预后防变五方面进行论述,以期为现代疫病理论体系的研究提供参考.
Abstract
This article systematically reviewed the general situation of modern scholars'research on Wen Re Jing Wei,analyzed the historical background of Wang Shixiong's research on epidemic diseases and quoted the commentaries of many medical experts,summarized Wang Shixiong's academic thoughts on the treatment of epidemics.Under the general framework of Zhang Zhongjing's understanding on epidemic diseases,Wang Shixiong added many other medical experts'viewpoints such as Chen Kun and Yu Shiyu.This article was discussed from five aspects:supplementing Zhang Zhongjing's syndrome differentiation theoretical system of epidemic diseases,innovative understanding,etiology and pathogenesis,treatment principle and method,and prognosis and prevention of changes,aiming to provide references for studies on modern theoretical system of epidemic diseases.
