汪悦辨治类风湿关节炎经验

摘要
类风湿关节炎属中医学"历节病""尪痹"范畴,汪悦认为,该病因内虚外邪合而为病,以气血亏虚为本,寒、湿、热、瘀痹阻经络为标.临证论治类风湿关节炎常区分标本缓急,擅明辨寒热虚实,活用经方,配伍严谨,疗效明确.本文从辨证分型、临证遣方用药等方面阐述汪师治疗类风湿关节炎的临床经验,并附验案一则.
Abstract
Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)belongs to the category of Lijie disease and Wangbi disease in TCM.Professor Wang Yue believes that the disease is caused by the combination of interior deficiency and exterior pathogens,and the fundamental cause is qi and blood deficiency,with cold,dampness,heat,and stasis blocking the meridians as the symptoms.In clinical practice,the treatment of RA often distinguishes between the urgency of the roots and symptoms,the deficiency and excess of cold and heat,the active use of classic formulas,and rigorous compatibility,achieving good results.This article mainly elaborated on Professor Wang Yue's clinical experience in treating RA from the aspects of RA syndrome differentiation and classification,clinical prescription and medication.A medical case was attached at the end.
