从"心合小肠"理论探析阿尔茨海默病证治

摘要
本文从"心合小肠"理论出发,结合临床实践辨证论治,提出阿尔茨海默病病机为心与小肠功能失调,营卫郁滞于下,上气不足,同时痰瘀内生,阻塞脑络,髓海失养,神机失用;同时提出"调腑行气、养心安神、豁痰化瘀、多脏调燮"的辨治思路,以经验方安心助神饮为阿尔茨海默病的中医药临床治疗提供新思路.
Abstract
Based on the theory of"heart associating with small intestine"and combined with syndrome differentiation and treatment of clinical practice,this article proposed that the pathogenesis of Alzheimer disease is dysfunction of heart and small intestine,stagnation of nutritive qi and defensive qi in the lower part,deficiency of upper qi,endogenous phlegm and blood stasis,obstruction of brain collaterals,dystrophy of marrow sea,and dysfunction of spirit.Therefore,it put forward the treatment idea of"regulating fu organs and qi,nourishing heart and tranquilizing mind,eliminating phlegm and removing blood stasis,and regulating multiple organs",and summarized the experienced Anxin Zhushen Decoction to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of Alzheimer's disease.
