肖碧跃运用《金匮要略》"血水互利"理论治疗杂病经验

摘要
肖碧跃认为,杂病辨证存在"病血"与"病水"之分,遂以《金匮要略》"血不利则为水"思想为基础,提出"血水互利"理论治疗杂病,即根据血、水致病偏重确立治法,灵活采取"利水"与"活血"之法,治疗湿疹、月经病、癃闭、水肿、痹证等杂病,临床疗效显著,附验案三则.
Abstract
Xiao Biyue believes that there is a distinction between"diseased blood"and"diseased water"in the differentiation of miscellaneous diseases.Therefore,based on the idea of"poor blood circulation leads to water"in the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,the theory of"blood circulation and water metabolism promote each other"was proposed to treat miscellaneous diseases,that is based on the emphasis on blood and water causing diseases,a treatment method was established,and flexible measures such as"promoting diuresis"and"promoting blood circulation"were adopted to treat miscellaneous diseases such as eczema,menstrual disorders,urinary incontinence,edema,and Bi syndrome,with accurate clinical efficacy.3 verified medical cases were attached.
