何常春认为,膝骨关节炎以痿证在本,痹证为标为基本病机,临床表现为早期肌肉损伤、中期筋劳损、后期骨破坏,由表及里三期辨证为脾胃虚弱证、筋脉失养证、肾精亏虚证,以"前期治肉、中期治筋、后期治骨"为治疗原则,通过针刺不同腧穴调控人体肉、筋、骨气血平衡,早期健脾强肌、补充气血,中期养筋柔肝、通痹止痛,后期补肾强骨、益精填髓,临床疗效显著.
Abstract
He Changchun believes that knee osteoarthritis is characterized by atrophy syndrome in the root,bi syndrome in the superficiality as the basic pathogenesis.The clinical manifestations include muscle injury in early stage,muscle strain in middle stage,and bone destruction in late stage.The differentiation of symptoms from the exterior to the interior is divided into spleen and stomach weakness syndrome,muscle and meridian deficiency syndrome,and kidney essence deficiency syndrome.Based on the treatment principle of"treating muscle in the early stage,treating tendons in the middle stage,and treating bones in the late stage",different acupoints are needled to regulate the balance of qi and blood of muscle,tendons,and bone in the human body.In the early stage,it strengthens the spleen and muscles,replenishes qi and blood,nourishes tendons and softens the liver in the middle stage,unblocks obstruction and relieves pain,and in the later stage,it strengthens the kidneys and bones,nourishes essence and fills marrow.The clinical efficacy is significant.
