摘要
痛风属于中医学"痹证"范畴,是一种以皮肤发热、关节疼痛为主要特征的关节性疾病,与尿酸水平升高直接相关.其病程通常较长,且易复发,难以治愈.吴童教授秉承辨证论治原则,将痛风的病因病机归纳为湿热蕴结、痰瘀痹阻、肺脾气虚、脾肾阳虚、肝肾阴虚5个证型,分别采用清热除湿、祛瘀化痰、补肺健脾、温补脾肾、滋养肝肾治法,并外敷以四黄散,将中药内服与外敷综合运用于整个诊疗过程中,效果显著.
Abstract
Gout belongs to the category of"bi syndrome"in TCM.It is a joint disease characterized by skin fever and joint pain,which is directly related to high uric acid.The course of disease is usually long,easy to recur and difficult to cure.Adhering to the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment,Professor Wu Tong categorizes the etiology and pathogenesis of gout into five syndrome types:accumulation of dampness and heat,accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis,deficiency of lung and spleen qi,deficiency of spleen and kidney yang,and deficiency of liver and kidney yin.They respectively adopt the treatment methods of clearing heat and removing dampness,removing blood stasis and resolving phlegm,invigorating the lung and spleen,warming the spleen and kidney,nourishing the liver and kidney,and Sihuang Powder is applied externally.The internal and external application of Chinese materia medica is applied in the whole process of diagnosis and treatment,with remarkable effect.
