基于"寒地儿科"特点辨治儿童神经性尿频

摘要
寒地地区因其独特地理位置,外邪致病因素多体现在风、寒、燥,加之寒地人民喜食肥甘厚腻,使寒地儿童易形成阳虚、湿热和气虚体质.基于寒地的地域特点并结合寒地儿童体质,将儿童神经性尿频的辨证分为虚寒证、湿热证、气虚证.治疗以恢复膀胱气化功能为总则,并根据不同证型分别法以温通脾肾、化气固涩,分消湿热、通利膀胱,益气健脾、宣肺化气.
Abstract
Due to its unique geographical location of the cold regions,the pathogenic factors of external pathogenic factors are mostly reflected in wind,cold and dryness,and the influence of the diet and living of the people in the cold areas,which makes children in the cold areas prone to form the constitution of yang deficiency,dampness-heat and qi deficiency.Based on the regional characteristics of cold regions and the constitution of children in cold regions,this article proposed that neurogenic urination in children could be divided into deficiency cold syndrome,dampness-heat syndrome and qi deficiency syndrome.The treatment should be based on the general principle of restoring the qi-transformation of the bladder,and according to the different types of symptoms,the treatment is to warm and unblock the spleen and kidney,transforming qi and astringency,respectively expelling dampness-heat and unblocking the bladder,tonifying qi and invigorating spleen,ventilating lung and transforming qi.
