淋证病名源流探析
Textual Research on the Origin and Development of the Name of Stranguria

摘要
针对历代古籍中淋癃不分、淋证病名类目名称相同但含义不同、名称与表述内容不相符等问题,本文利用文献研究法,收集、整理历代淋证代表性文献,区分历代医籍淋、癃关系,梳理文献中淋证病名记载,总结历代对淋证病名发展所作的贡献,解析淋证定义与分类特点,厘清历代淋证病名类目别名及演化,辨讹淋证病名论述正误,从病名、分类等角度解析淋证内涵.
Abstract
In response to issues such as the lack of distinction between the names of stranguria and difficulty in urination in ancient texts throughout history,the same category names for stranguria but with different meanings,and the inconsistency between names and expressions,this article used the literature research method to collect and organize representative literature on stranguria throughout history,distinguish the relationship between stranguria and difficulty in urination in medical records throughout history,sorted out the records of disease names of stranguria in literature,summarized the contributions made by different dynasties to the development of disease names of stranguria,analyzed the definition and classification characteristics of stranguria,clarified the category,alias,and evolution of disease names of stranguria throughout history,identified the correct and incorrect statements of disease names of stranguria,analyzed the connotation of stranguria from the perspectives of disease names and classifications.
