新医科背景下基于成果导向教育教学理念的中医诊断学教学设计与实践

摘要
根据新医科建设的理念和要求,以岗位胜任力为导向,基于成果导向教育教学理念创建中医诊断学课程"理论-实训-见习-实践"阶梯式混合教学模式,即30%线上学习、50%理论+实训、15%医院见习和5%实践考核.通过2年的教学实践,发现该教学模式符合学生主体、教师主导的教学规律,符合注重"能力和素质"培养的教学目标,教学效果好.
Abstract
According to the concept and requirements of the emerging medicine education,this study created a blended,step-by-step teaching mode of theory-practical training-internship-practice based on outcome based education for TCM diagnostics.That is,30%online learning,50%theory and practical training,15%hospital internship,5%practice assessment.A two-year of teaching practice shown that this teaching mode conforms to the teaching law of student-oriented and teacher-led teaching,and conforms to the teaching goal of focusing on the cultivation of"ability and quality".According to this mode,good teaching effect has been achieved.
