Research Status of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Bile Reflux Gastritis after Cholecystectomy
There are many causes of bile reflux gastritis(BRG),which may be related to gastrointestinal motility disorder,Helicobacter pylori infection,biliary diseases and surgical operations.Cholecystectomy is closely related to the occurrence of BRG.Currently,the pathogenesis of BRG after cholecystectomy is believed to be related to the loss of gallbladder function,neurohumoral regulation,pyloric-duodenal dyskinesia,and abnormal metabolism of bile acid.The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has become a new trend in treatment.This article reviewed the pathogenesis and treatment status of post-cholecystectomy BRG of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in recent years,in order to provide diagnosis and treatment ideas for the clinical treatment of post-cholecystectomy BRG.
