基于人工智能技术的中医防治心血管疾病研究进展

摘要
中医理论指导下的人工智能技术发展为心血管疾病的防治提供了新思路,基于"治未病"思想对诊疗流程进行优化,可提升临床诊疗的效率和准确率.中医体质辨识系统及风险预测模型的构建有助于中医预防心脑血管疾病自动化、智能化;人工智能联合中医四诊理论可促进中医智能化诊断研究及临床应用;中药注射剂及纳米中药的开发丰富了中药药性理论,可辅助临床中药配伍与应用.本文通过总结人工智能辅助中医在预防、诊断和治疗心血管疾病三方面研究现状,阐释中医理论指导下人工智能技术发展对推动中医药疾病诊疗现代化进程的重要意义.
Abstract
The development of artificial intelligence(AI)technology under the guidance of TCM theory provides a new idea for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.Under the guidance of the idea of"preventing diseases",the diagnosis and treatment process is optimized,which improves the efficiency and accuracy of clinical diagnosis and treatment.The construction of TCM constitution identification system and risk prediction model has promoted the progress of automation and intelligence of TCM in preventing cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases;the combination of AI and TCM four diagnostic theories can promote the research and clinical application of intelligent diagnosis in TCM;the development of TCM injections and nano-medicine scientifically enriches and develops the theory of TCM properties,and assists the compatibility and application of TCM in clinic.This article summarized the current situation of research on AI assisting TCM in the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases,and expounded the important significance of the development of AI technology under the guidance of TCM theory to promote the modernization of TCM in disease diagnosis and treatment.
