摘要
"卫气根于肾"出自《灵枢·营卫生会》,揭示了卫气与肾的相关性.本文在梳理"卫气根于肾"中医理论内涵及现代科学实质基础上,结合骨免疫学概念,总结分析骨免疫在骨质疏松症中的研究应用情况,提出了免疫在骨代谢过程中的关键调节作用,尝试厘清卫气与肾、肾与骨、骨代谢与骨免疫的作用关系,探索"卫气根于肾"与骨质疏松症的内在联系,以期为后续骨质疏松症的研究思路与临床治疗提供参考.
Abstract
"Defensive qi rooted in the kidney"originates from Ling Shu·Ying Wei Sheng Hui,which reveals the correlation between defensive qi and kidney.Based on the TCM theory connotation of"defensive qi rooted in the kidney"and the essence of modern science,combined with the concept of bone immunology,this article summarized and analyzed the research and application progress of bone immunity in osteoporosis,proposed the key regulatory role of immunity in the process of bone metabolism,and tried to clarify the relationship between defensive qi and kidney,kidney and bone,bone metabolism and bone immunity,and explored the internal relationship between"defensive qi rooted in the kidney"and osteoporosis,in order to provide reference for the follow-up research ideas and clinical treatment of osteoporosis.
