Discussion on the Medication Law of Prescriptions with Pinelliae Rhizoma in Yi Fang Kao Based on Data Mining
Objective To explore the medication law of the prescriptions containing Pinelliae Rhizoma in Yi Fang Kao.Methods The prescriptions containing Pinelliae Rhizoma were collected from the Yi Fang Kao.Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Calculation Platform 3.0,SPSS Statistics 27.0,and SPSS Modeler 18.0 software were used to conduct dose-response analysis,compatibility statistics,frequency statistics,correlation analysis,and clustering analysis on prescriptions.Results A total of 63 prescriptions were included,among which the average dosage of Pinelliae Rhizoma was 36.5 g.Most of them used prepared Pinelliae Rhizoma to reduce the toxicity;medicines for tonic,qi-regulating,exterior-relieving,heat-clearing,diuretic and dampness-reducing,phlegm-resolving and cough-relieving medicines showed high compatibility frequency with Pinelliae Rhizoma.The high-frequency drugs were Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma(45 times),Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium(33 times),Poria(28 times),Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma(25 times),etc.The association rules and core compatibility combinations found that the correlation of Pinelliae Rhizoma-Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium-Poria and Pinelliae Rhizoma-Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma-Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma were strong;K-means cluster analysis resulted in 3 clusters:①Pinelliae Rhizoma,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma,Zingiberis Rhizoma and Rehmannine Radix;② Pinelliae Rhizoma,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium,Poria and Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma;③Pinelliae Rhizoma,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens,Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma andScutellariae Radix.Conclusion Among the prescriptions in Yi Fang Kao,Pinelliae Rhizoma is mostly compatible with tonic drugs,qi-regulating drugs,exterior-removing drugs,heat-clearing drugs,diuretic and dampness-removing drugs,phlegm-reducing,cough-relieving and asthma-relieving drugs,etc.
