Discussion on the Medication Law of TCM for the Treatment of Postoperative Gastric Cancer Based on Data Mining
Objective To analyse the drug compatibility rules and core prescriptions of TCM in the treatment of postoperative gastric cancer based on data mining technology;To provide reference for clinical medication.Methods The literature related to TCM for the treatment of postoperative gastric cancer was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data and VIP from the establishment of the databases to December 1,2022.After data screening and normalization,the Ancient and Modern Medical Records Cloud Platform 2.3.5 was used to conduct frequency statistics,attribute statistics,association rule,clustering analysis and complex network analysis of Chinese materia medica to explore the medication law of frequency,four properties,five tastes and meridian,and core prescriptions of TCM in the treatment of postoperative gastric cancer.Results A total of 173 prescriptions were included,involving 277 kinds of Chinese materia medica.The most frequently used drug was Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma(125 times).The medicinal properties were mainly mild and warm,and the tastes were mainly sweet and bitter,mainly returning to the spleen,lung and stomach meridians.Correlation analysis showed that Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma-Poria,Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma-Astragali Radix and Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma-Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma had the highest correlation.Clustering analysis revealed that the herbal medicines for the treatment of postoperative gastric cancer could be divided into four groups.Complex network analysis revealed that their core prescription was modified Liujunzi Decoction.Conclusion TCM treatment for postoperative gastric cancer mainly uses the method to support healthy qi and tonify deficiency,tonify qi and strengthen spleen and stomach,taking into account drying dampness and reducing phlegm,digestion and reducing accumulation,removing blood stasis and anticancer,treating the root and symptoms at the same time,with attacking and tonifying.
