Visualization Analysis on Medical Literature Unearthed from the Mawangdui Han Tombs
Objective To explore the research hotspots and trend of medical literature unearthed from the Mawangdui Han tombs(hereinafter referred to as"Mawangdui medical literature");To provide a reference for further research.Methods Relevant literature about the research of Mawangdui medical literature was retrieved from CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data and CBM from 1st Jan.1975 to 1st May 2022.Python3.8 was used to analyze annual publication volume.CiteSpace 6.1.R2 software was used to draw author,institution,keyword co-occurrence network,keyword clustering network,and keyword emergence analysis graph.Results Totally 1208 articles were included,and the annual number of articles issued showed an overall upward trend;the author with the highest number of publications was Zhou Yimou,and the author with the highest intermediary centrality in co-authorship was He Qinghu;Hunan University of Chinese Medicine had the highest number of articles and centrality;core keywords included"Wu Shi Er Bing Fang","Daoyin map","health prescriptions",etc.,which generated 15 cluster labels and 15 emergent words.Conclusion Collaboration between authors and institutions in this field of research needs to be strengthened.The research on the medical history of Mawangdui,the clinical trials of drugs and dosage forms in Wu Shi Er Bing Fang,the historical evolution of tonic diet dietotherapy methods and the meridian theory are the research focuses at this stage.
