摘要
目的 探讨壮医经筋疗法研究现状、研究热点及发展趋势.方法 检索中国知识资源总库建库(CNKI)至2022年12月31日收录的壮医经筋疗法研究文献,运用CiteSpace6.2.R4软件对作者、发文机构、关键词进行可视化分析.结果 共纳入文献172篇,年发文量整体呈上升趋势,2021年发文量达到峰值(22篇),发文量较高的作者为韦英才、梁树勇和张云;作者共现网络显示该领域形成多个研究团队,团队之间合作联系较少;发文量较高的研究机构为广西中医药大学、广西中医药大学第一附属医院和广西国际壮医医院;关键词聚为10类,分别是壮医、壮医经筋疗法、腰椎间盘突出症、肩周炎、经筋疗法、推拿、综述、温针灸、技术规范,壮医经筋学.结论 该领域研究形成以广西名中医韦英才为首的稳定团队,主要集中在广西壮族自治区,应加强多区域协同合作发展,促进壮医经筋疗法的应用.壮医经筋疗法研究关注临床疗效与筋骨病,经筋疗法治疗颈肩腰腿痛是研究热点.
Abstract
Objective To explore the research status,hotspots and future trends of the meridian and tendon therapy of Zhuang medicine.Methods CNKI was retrieved from the establishment of the database to December 31,2022 for literature about meridian and tendon therapy of Zhuang medicine.CiteSpace 6.2.R4 software was used to visually analyze authors,publishing institutions,and keywords.Results A total of 172 articles were included,and the overall annual publication volume showed an upward trend.In 2021,the publication volume reached its peak(22 articles).The authors with high publication volume were Wei Yingcai,Liang Shuyong,and Zhang Yun;the author co-occurrence network showed that multiple research teams have formed in this field,and there were few collaborative connections between the teams;the research institutions with high publication volume were Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine,the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine,and Guangxi International Zhuang Medicine Hospital;keywords were grouped into 10 categories,namely Zhuang medicine,Zhuang medicine meridian and tendon therapy,lumbar disc herniation,periarthritis of shoulder,meridian and tendon therapy,massage,review,warm acupuncture and moxibustion,technical standard and meridian and tendon of Zhuang medicine.Conclusion The research in this field has formed a stable team led by Wei Yingcai,a renowned TCM practitioner in Guangxi,mainly concentrated in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.Multi regional collaborative development should be strengthened and the promotion of Zhuangyi Jingjin therapy should be promoted.The research on meridian and tendon therapy of Zhuang medicine focuses on clinical efficacy and musculoskeletal diseases,and the treatment of neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain with meridian and tendon therapy is a research hotspot.
