摘要
高建忠认为,皮肤瘙痒症核心病机为机体气机升降出入障碍,辨证时应着眼于阳气虚馁,外感风寒邪气,内伤食滞及心神失调.荆防辛附汤为高建忠临床经验方,以桂枝麻黄各半汤法、麻黄细辛附子汤法、桂枝茯苓丸法、保和丸法及桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤法综合而来,用于治疗皮肤瘙痒疗效显著.本文总结高建忠治疗皮肤瘙痒症经验,附验案一则.
Abstract
According to Gao Jianzhong,the core pathogenesis of pruritus is the obstacle of rise and fall of qi,and the syndrome differentiation should focus on the deficiency of yang qi,external wind and cold and pathogens,internal food stagnation,and mental and spiritual disorders.Jingfang Xingfu Decoction is Gao Jianzhong's clinical experience prescription,which is synthesized by the methods of Guizhi Mahuang Decoction,Mahuang Xixin Fuzi Decoction,Guizhi Fuling Pills,Baohe Pills,Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli Decoction,and is used for the treatment of pruritus with remarkable efficacy.This article summarized Gao Jianzhong's experience in the treatment of pruritus,with a medical case attached.
