摘要
介绍章薇教授应用调和营卫法治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床经验,基于中医基础理论阐述营卫失调是本病重要病机,临证以调和营卫为基础治则,从营卫的生成与运行两方面着手,运用多种针灸手段,并随证加减,临床上疗效显著,文末附一则医案验证.
Abstract
This article introduced Professor Zhang Wei's clinical experience in treating chronic urticaria with harmonizing the nutritive and defensive levels.Based on the basic theory of TCM,it explained that the imbalance of the nutritive and defensive levels of the body is an important pathogenesis of this disease.Clinical treatment is based on the principle of harmonizing nutritive and defensive levels,from the two aspects of the generation and operation of nutritive and defensive levels,using a variety of acupuncture and moxibustion methods,and adjusting accordingly.The clinical efficacy is significant,as verified by a medical case at the end of this article.
